1. No Returns After Sale

2. Replacement Policy for Damaged Items

We offer a replacement only in case of a damaged or defective product. If you receive a damaged item, please follow these steps:

• Inform us within 7 days of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

• Share clear photos or videos of the damaged product via WhatsApp or email.

• Our team will verify the issue and process a replacement for the damaged piece only (not the entire order).

3. Conditions for Replacement

• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

• No replacement will be provided for minor color variations due to screen resolution differences.

• Any damage caused by misuse or improper handling will not be eligible for replacement.
